What Our Customers Say

“Darryn was fantastic from the first meeting, giving recommendations on style, colour and lighting. When the work commenced Darryn and Matt worked like trojans over 2 days to complete the job and what a fantastic result, it looks great, very happy with the service and quality. I would recommend Undercover Concepts.”

“Undercover Concepts were Stratco's agent / installer for the Outback Sunroof Louvre Patio that we were interested in. Matt was really prompt and explained everything and tendered a competitive price. The permit process was seamless and installation took only 2.5 days. The result is better than we had anticipated - great product by Stratco and Matt and Darryn. Undercover Concepts were both a pleasure to deal with.”

“What an exceptional business to work with. Darryn from UNDERCOVER CONCEPTS phoned & promptly came out and fully discussed suitable options for my requirements with me, measured the job and later that same day I received a quotation from him. I was very impressed with his professionalism. My new verandah build was completed in two days. The whole process from initial contact took just seven weeks. I sincerely have no hesitation in recommending Darryn's business to anyone contemplating getting a patio/verandah built.”
