Service Agreement
By engaging Undercover Concepts for any building services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided by licensed builders in accordance with Victorian building regulations and the Victorian Building Authority requirements.
Quotations
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Quotes are based on information provided and site inspection
- Additional work discovered during construction requires separate approval
- Permit fees and engineering costs are included where specified
Payment Terms
- Deposit of 10% required upon acceptance of quote
- Progress payments as per contract schedule
- Final payment due upon practical completion
- We accept bank transfer, credit card, and Humm finance
- 60 months interest-free finance available through Humm (conditions apply)
Building Permits
Most outdoor structures require a building permit. We manage the entire permit process including engineering certification and council submissions. Permit timeframes vary by council but typically take 2-4 weeks. Work cannot commence until permits are approved.
Warranty
All workmanship is covered by our 10-year labour warranty. Stratco products carry a 25-year structural warranty. See our Warranty page for full details.
Insurance & Licensing
Undercover Concepts maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and is registered with the Victorian Building Authority. We hold all required licences for residential building work. Copies of our insurance and licences are available upon request.
Cancellations
Cancellation of a signed contract may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover costs incurred including permit applications and materials ordered. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to postpone or cancel your project.
